The Alpine Ski Vise World Cup kit consists of 2 side clamps and 1 center clamp to ensure maximum stability during machining, preventing the ski from flexing in the center and resulting in much more precise and accurate machining. Featuring an innovative design and excellent build quality, they offer infinite adjustments: in height, width, and angles ranging from +15° to -15°. Wear parts are available as replacements, eliminating the need to replace the entire vise. The rubber pads used do not scratch the ski edge and provide excellent grip, ensuring very stable machining. They are used on traditional workbenches with a maximum thickness of 5.5 cm; the ski can be positioned either horizontally or vertically. The possible operations range from waxing to brushing, from manual to electric sharpening, without hindrance but with maximum comfort.

ALL THE FILE IS USED

The file, attached in two places to the long clamp, can be easily used until fully worn due to the presence of long slots that facilitate its advancement.

You can choose two files to make the edge of the foils as fully and accurately as possible. Hard fine for initial roughing and hard extrafine for finishing.

HIGH STABILITY DURING THE SHARPENING.

The clamp and the file holder sharper dimensions, longer than the standard on the market, allow a better grip on the ski and so major stability while sharpening. The file holder runs smoothly on the edge.

LONG OR SHORT CLAMP

For all the passionate about the traditional sharpening, it’s possible to choose the clamp to use, between long or short, that you find in the WCR file holder kit.

Overcome the hindrance of clamps.

The ski world cup file holders are constructed with lower sides in order to overcome without problems the part where the ski is closed in the clamps and make easier the sliding on the edge.

WORK WITHOUT CHIP

A small technical trick of the ski bracket can change the way the edge is made to the foils: the presence of the chip exhaust allows the foil to be freed from dust and debris during machining.
